Astronomy Syllabus Rules & Curriculum Professor: Cerulean Renée Cyrene
Description: This class takes place in the top-most level of the Astronomy Tower, in the class students are taught the study of the universe. They will be exposed to the motions, positions, size, composure, and behavior of astronomical objects not to mention their connection with our own lives.
Organization: They study the stars, planets, constellations, comets, and much more will be discussed in this class. Students will also learn the stories surrounding many of the subjects talked about and how this affects us as a whole. Classes will take place after dark when the stars and such are best seen.
Class Rules and Expectations
Breaking of these rules will inevitably result in deduction of house points and/or detention depending on the situation.
1. Students shall wear their uniforms in class. 2. Tardiness will not be permitted unless adequate reasoning is supplied. 3. Students will act appropriately, showing respect, and not behaving idly. Do your work and fallow directions!
Course Description
First Class – Observing The Night Sky ( Constellations, Planets, Moons, etc. )
Second Class – Tales Regarding Astronomy ( Such As The Roman Gods )
Third Class - Astrological Signs and Meanings. ( Zodiac )
