It wasn't easy to catch someone like Sienna off guard. And the fact that Christian had managed to so easily surprised him.
"You are losing your touch, Sien-OW!" He released his grip as she elbowed him in the ribs.
As she took her wand back, he pulled out his. But he lowered his wand as he began laughing at what she said next. "Is that really the best you can do in the way of insults? Maybe that little firstie who was in Charms class could give you a few pointers."
He raised his wand back up. Christian knew that any minutes now spells would be flying. He quickly lowered it again as he saw Professor Berriel appear. He held his breath, waiting for the detention that was sure to come. He grinned as the Professor quickly turned around and walked away.
Turning his attention back to Sienna (with his wand back up) he laughed. "You know...I like Professor Berriel much better than our last Head of House. Punctum alica!"
He threw the stinging hex in right at the end, hoping to catch her off guard.

Sienna just laughed as Christian tried to insult her again. Whatever he was trying, it wasn't going to get to her. These days, almost nothing would really get to her and break her. She may get mad, but she would just bite right back.
"That snake girl?! Ha please! Once I'm finished with you, I'm going to go turn her into a snake."
Sienna kept her wand raised the whole time but as Christian put his up, she straightened her arm with extra strength. From the corner of her eye she watched as Professor Berriel appeared and disappeared. In that short time, Christian had seemed to fire out a spell.
"Proteg..."
Sienna managed to get almost the whole spell out before the spell hit her right shoulder. Immediately her shoulder seemed to be on fire. She grabbed it with her free hand but kept her wand pointed at Christian.
"Tremo cruris!"
Sienna called out through her clenched teeth. While it wouldn't cause him pain. It would make him a laughing stock of the whole hallway as his legs moved uncontrollably. And it would buy her sometime.

Christian shook his head. "I don't know, Sienna. I think you've finally met your match. You're just lucky that she's only a first year."
He laughed as he saw his spell hit its mark. Perhaps Sienna needed to start working on saying her defense spells quicker. Unfortunately, he seemed to need to work on his as well.
Christian ducked as Sienna sent a spell back at him. However, he ducked a little bit too slowly and her spell seemed to clip him. Immediately, he couldn't control his legs and he fell to the ground.
"Densaugeo!"
Christian aimed right at her head. Let's see how well she could sling spells with four foot long teeth....

Elliot had been returning from one very uncomfortable lunch when he heard a large commotion coming from somewhere down the hall. As he neared, it was clearly evident that there was some sort of duel or fight going on. He sighed as he pulled his wand out. By the sound of it, things were pretty intense.
He turned the last corner and came face to face with a large crowd of students.
"Out of my way!" He spoke loudly and instantly the crowd began to disperse. Elliot wasn't usually one of those professors that students took seriously. But at this moment he wore such a serious look on his face, that no one wanted to try him.
The crowded parted and he was able to see the culprits. Christian and Sienna. Of course. Elliot was surprised to see that they seemed to be pretty evenly matched at the moment.
"FINITE INCANTATEM!" Elliot waved his wand and instantly everything returned to normal. Christian's legs stopped moving, Sienna's teeth reverted to their normal size, and the stinging hex should have disappeared.
"That is ENOUGH. 10 points from Slytherin. And detention for both of you. Do either of you have any excuses to make?"

Hoping that her spell would buy her some time, Sienna had no idea of the second spell Christian let into the air. Her stomach dropped as she heard him mutter it. It was probably her least favorite spell and it was coming straight for her head. Luckily the effects of it didn't last long as Professor Fitzgerald appeared.
She caught herself against the wall as he fixed at the damage. If Sienna was good at anything, it was getting her way. She breathed heavily and looked up at the professor with saddened eyes.
"Professor, I am so sorry. But I was standing here, minding my own business when Christian came up. He kept bullying me and calling by the worst sort of names. The only thing I could do was hit him. It was a terrible thing to do but I couldn't think of anything at the time. Next thing I know, he was throwing spells at me. I only cast one spell out of defense to buy some time to recover. I'm so sorry!"
Sienna teared up right on cue and hung her head in defeat. It was perfect, she admitted everything she did and said how it was wrong. There was almost nothing Christian could call her out on.

Christian quickly stood up as Professor Fitzgerald appeared. Part of him wanted to laugh. What were the odds? They were just talking about daft Divination professors and then one actually showed up. Except he wasn't looking very daft right now. He looked angry. That was one thing about Divination professors (or at least the last two), they were always a bit unpredictable. You never knew just what might set them off.
But that amusement left as soon as Sienna opened her mouth. He couldn't believe what he was hearing. Christian was often in trouble but he at least always owned up to it (so long as there was no way to not get caught). There was no point in throwing out excuses or denying blame. Professor Fitzgerald knew exactly what was going on. It was cowardly.
"Are you really going to believe that? I'm NOT a bully! Are you serious?" The look on Professor Fitzgerald's face told him that he believed Sienna. Christian was simply speechless.
He shook his head and gave Sienna the darkest look he could manage. She was going to pay for this.

Elliot could not understand why Vyktor could not keep his students in line. Every class, he had problems with those two. And now they were fighting in the hallway.
His expression softened as he heard Sienna's excuses.
"Miss Rays, do you have class you need to be at? I suggest you get there now."
He turned his attention to Christian.
"Come with me. We're going to talk with your Head of House."
Elliott wanted to have a talk with Vyktor. These sort of things was completely out of hand.

Well the professor bought it. Sienna gave a very small smile of thanks before glancing at Christian. The look he gave said a thousand words. The main one was revenge. Sienna got worried for a second but that second past. She nodded when the loony professor asked her about class. She ran off in the opposite direction before bursting out laughing.
