Dressing Style: Vyktor doesn't dress like everyone else at Hogwarts. He dresses like he would if he was in Romania. Darker clothes that have more of a medieval look to them. He wears long leather coats that go just above his knees.
Personality : Vyktor is a strange sort. Everything about him would scream vampire to the younger students. Although he is from Romania and wears dark clothes, he is not a vampire. His accent is thick, making him seem even less approachable. He creates fear amongst the students though it's not on purpose. Once people do get to know him, they can see that he can be friendly, strange, but friendly. While he mostly keeps to himself in his office, at random times he will show up and try to join in all the conversation and random points.
Strengths: calm, clear-thinking, dignified, serious
Weaknesses: with-drawn, erratic, unpredictable, callous
Brief History of School Experience: Vyktor's school kept all the students in line. It could be more described as a military than a school. Every day they would have to get up and go to bed at certain hour. The rules were strict and punishment was hard. But because of this Vyktor excelled in all that he did.

Family history: His father was a very dominating wizard in Romania. When he saw something he wanted, he had to have it. So when he saw the muggleborn witch Daciana in the arms of another, he had to have her. He befriended her, hoping to gain her trust. But as days went by, she became closer to her partner while Vladimir and her stayed friends. In the night, Vladimir snuck into her partner's house and killed him. Daciana, having no idea who killed him, ran into Vladimir's waiting arms. They became married and had Vyktor.
Pets: being the CoMC professor, he has many pets. Including: Jobberknoll, Diricawl, and a Kneazle
