1. No minimum length for a post is set, however, it is recommended that members strive for at least two paragraphs. If posts that are one line in length become an issue then a post minimum will be set.
2. Post in the third person using common English writing technique used in most English language novels published to date. Lines that are spoken should be in quotation marks. It is recommended but not required that the font of spoken lines should be formatted in the house color of who is speaking or a color unique to the character that is still highly visible on the site without being abrasive.
3. Posts that are made in role playing forums and threads should be kept in character (IC). Likewise, posts that are made in the Out of Character (OOC) section should not contain any role playing in them.
Dueling and Fighting
Power-playing is not allowed in duels or fights.
It is mandatory for the players involved in the duel or fight to work out ahead of time via PMs the result of the duel/fight and then role play accordingly. This will prevent each character from attempting to power play and duels or fights that go on forever with no one wanting to lose.
