Certain things are very rare or very hard to come by in the world of Harry Potter.
Such as:
Metamorphagus - This is VERY rare. There will only be at one on the site at any given time. Permission must be sought from myself or the Minister of Magic prior to character creation.
Vampires - These are dangerous creatures. No one wants to become a vampire. Permission must be sought from myself or the Minister of Magic prior to creating a vampire character or creating any plots regarding the becoming of a vampire.
Werewolves - These are also dangerous creatures. To transform is a very painful and isolating process. No one wants to become a werewolf. Permission must be sought from myself or the Minister of Magic prior to creating a werewolf character or creating any plots regarding the becoming of a werewolf.
Veela - Full blooded veela characters are NOT allowed. Half-veela are allowed but will be closely monitored to ensure that they are playing as half-veela. If we suddenly have too many half-veela running around, a limit may be set on the number.
Parseltongue - This is a VERY RARE gift. Permission must be sought from myself or the Minister of Magic prior to creating any characters who speak Parseltongue.
Animagis - This is a very complicated ability to learn. In the books, Hermione said that there were only SIX registered animagis in the LAST CENTURY. Animagis will be allowed but no one below seventh year may learn it. Those interested should speak to their Transfiguration Professor about outside lessons to learn the ability.
