Post by Javier Rocheleau on Sept 6, 2012 19:29:36 GMT -5
Javier was perhaps the only Professor who was not looking forward to the start of the school year. But, then again, he was probably the only professor who did not like the students. They whined and complained. They never paid attention. They never did their homework. They talked and goofed off. He could list a hundred reasons to dislike them. The other professors were not much better. The majority of them grew up at Hogwarts. And they will probably spend the rest of their lives there as well.
Putting his head down, Javier immediately fell asleep. His class would be arriving soon but he didn't care. He would love to see what would happen if a student tried to wake him.

Jie grumbled as he entered the Muggle Studies classroom. He didn't see the point in the class. He was a wizard. He didn't need to know Muggle stuff. That was for Muggles and muggleborns. His family has been witches and wizards as far back as he could tell.
But he still had to not only sit through this class but also receive good marks in it. His parents stressed over and over again how important it was for him to take every class he could and do well in them.
As he entered the room, he slid into a seat in the back. His parents would be disappointed that he didn't choose a seat in the front but he didn't care. He really didn't like Professor Rocheleau and the farther away from him the better. He grinned as he saw that he was sleeping. Maybe he would stay asleep the entire class so they wouldn't have to learn anything today.

Professor Rocheleau was beyond creepy. And he had a weird way of teaching. Rowena didn't believe that he was a real teacher. She just couldn't believe it. But she was not going to give up a chance to get an easy good grade. Her father was, after all, Muggle so she was somewhat familiar with the subject.
Gritting her teeth, Rowena entered the room quickly and took a seat far from the little creepy Slytherin and far from the sleeping Professor.
Get it over with...get it over with...just get it over with. She thought as she pulled out a notebook and willed time to move faster.

Cosette always found Muggle Studies to be particularly interesting. But she never knew much about Muggles until she started at Hogwarts. And even then she didn't believe much of what she heard. She couldn't imagine not being a witch. All Muggles must be miserable.
Slipping into the room she stopped when she saw that the Professor was sleeping. She thought briefly about waking him but quickly changed her mind. He wasn't a very friendly guy.
Moving on, she took a seat in the middle of the room.

Alex quickly took a seat. Muggle Studies was an easy class for him as his father was a Muggle. But it was also a class that you had to take seriously. Professor Rocheleau was not what one would call an easygoing professor. He took his subject very seriously and he never seemed to let his students get away with anything.
And seeing that he was sound asleep, Alex moved quietly. He did not want to be the one to wake him up.

Christian always seemed to take the classes that no one would ever expect him to take. And for some strange reason, he usually enjoyed them. Take, for example, Muggle Studies. Christian's parents would flip if they knew that he had taken it every year he was at Hogwarts. But he was not about to stop taking it. At the very least it was an easy class. And it as sort of interesting. Plus the Professor fascinated him.
Arriving now, he took a seat in the back. The Professor was sound asleep so Christian's first thought was to wake him up. However, he would need to think it through. How could he wake him up without getting caught. Christian quickly pulled out a notebook and started jotting things down.

Sienna smiled as she saw the professor was asleep. Many of the students looked scared almost, except Christian. Sienna quickly took a seat by him and leaned over.
"Why don't you just convince one of the younger ones to wake him up?"
She whispered. Of course, who would trust a Slytherin and do what they said. However, Sienna was also a girl and knew she could easily convince one of the guys here.

Well the professor was asleep and everyone in the entire room looked scared besides the two Slytherin twins. He wanted nothing to do with whatever they were planning. He could guess what they were probably going to do. Some how wake up the professor and put the blame on someone else. Anthony took a seat, almost anxious to see who would be the victim and how it would play out.

Ailey let out a small squeak when she saw the professor was asleep. The thought terrified her enormously. She tiptoed to a seat near the back. It was strange in the far back of the room. Her usual seat still sat empty in the front row. She wasn't going to be in the professors range when he woke up by some misfortune.

Christian looked over at Sienna. She had a good idea. He had, in fact, been thinking about that exact thing. But when it came down to it, that was a lot of work. And it could take time. No one could know exactly how long Professor Rocheleau would remain asleep.
"Yeah that could work. Why don't you go start working on that, Sienna."
Christian tore out a piece of paper from his notebook. Scrumpling it up he threw it at the sleeping Professor. And just as quickly he put his head down and pretended to be asleep himself.
